As Chief Operating Officer at HR for Health, Ralf Tomandl leads the operations and strategic planning for one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms serving dental and healthcare practices. Over the past six years, I’ve helped drive rapid, double-digit expansion—scaling our software business, launching transformative HR compliance products including AI-driven support systems, and expanding our reach across the U.S. healthcare market. With over two decades of leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise sales, and organizational development, I’ve built and led high-performing teams and companies, negotiated complex contracts, and delivered operational excellence through data-driven execution. I have had the honor of working in startups as well as Fortune 500 companies, giving me a unique perspective on the ever-changing healthcare and dental marketplace. I am also the co-founder (2015) of the Dental Leadership Summit (formerly the DSO Leadership Summit), one of the largest and most influential events in the dental industry. The Summit brings together visionary leaders, dental professionals, and industry pioneers to shape the future of dentistry through collaboration and insight. I’m passionate about the intersection of technology and healthcare—and about building environments where people, processes, and platforms thrive. Whether managing financial strategy, leading cross-functional teams, or launching strategic partnerships, I bring a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to long-term value creation. Fluent in German and based in Los Angeles, I am also a dedicated advocate for children with neurodivergent needs—particularly those affected by epilepsy—and actively support disaster recovery efforts in my local community.
