Teresa Duncan, MS

With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Teresa Duncan is a respected voice on insurance systems, office management, and patient communication. She is a member of Dental Entrepreneurial Women and the National Association of Dental Plans and has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry. Teresa is the author of Moving Your Patients to Yes: Easy Insurance Conversations and a contributing author to the ADA’s annual CDT Companion Guide™. She also hosts two popular podcasts—Nobody Told Me That! and Chew On This!—which provide practical updates on coding and practice management. In addition, Teresa recently founded the Dental Revenue Network to connect billers and revenue cycle managers in a collaborative community. She earned her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management and continues to inspire dental professionals through her books, courses, and speaking engagements.
