Amber Auger, MPH, RDH, has more than 25 years of experience in the dental hygiene profession. She is a practicing dental hygienist, corporate consultant, and RDH coach. Amber is the creator of Thrive in the OP®, a membership program that provides on-demand sessions and weekly coaching designed to equip dental hygienists with clinical, business, and leadership skills that extend beyond a traditional hygiene degree. She received the 2019 Award of Distinction for her contributions to public health and has traveled to five countries to provide preventive dental-hygiene services. Amber is a monthly columnist for RDH Magazine, a fractional hygiene director, and an international lecturer. Known for weaving humor into her educational content, she delivers practical strategies for integrating the latest science into everyday workflows. Through her extensive offerings—ranging from virtual and in-person events to group and one-on-one coaching—she inspires, empowers, and equips professionals to achieve their career goals.
