Vickie Onesti, President/Master Compressionist, has been inspiring and educating corporations, schools, communities, and individuals for more than 35 years. A commercial real estate broker, veteran life and career coach, mind/body/spirit and nutrition enthusiast, and owner of a national CPR AED and emergency first aid training & certification firm, she is dedicated to improving lives personally and professionally. In 2012, she founded CPR Training for LIFE in honor of her late father, Albert, a proud Army veteran who passed away at age 87 from heart disease. She also dedicates her work to her mother, Gabriella, who passed away in 2017 at the young at heart age of 92. Vickie’s mission is to empower all with whom she comes in contact with the skills to recognize cardiac arrest, administer CPR, use an AED machine effectively, and respond to life-threatening emergencies with calm and confidence. Born and raised on Taylor Street in Chicago, she comes from a large Italian family. Vickie is married to a “real-life Superhero” and together, they have four wonderful adult children. Vickie is a national racquetball and pickleball tournament title holder, enjoys gardening, cooking, and all things comedy.
