Dr. Julie Frantsve-Hawley is the owner and president of Impact Health Consulting, LLC, where she provides strategic guidance in evidence-based medicine, public health, implementation science, and nonprofit management. She previously served as Executive Director of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry (AAPHD) and held leadership positions with the CareQuest Institute, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Dental Association. A Harvard-trained scientist, she is widely recognized for her expertise, including receiving the AAPHD 2021 President’s Award. She also serves on editorial boards for leading dental and public health journals. Dr. Frantsve-Hawley is an executive scholar at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a fellow of the NIH Training Institute for Dissemination and Implementation Research in Health.
