Dr. Charles Moser considers himself more than a clinician. His 25+ years in dentistry have created a wealth of knowledge that he shares with others. After completing dental school and residency, he returned to Houston to own multiple practices before becoming the Dental Director for a fast-growing DSO, overseeing 40+ associate dentists and more than 200 team members. His responsibilities included hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, training, and guiding associates. In March 2018, Dr. Moser became a key member of the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization, where he applied his coaching experience to help dental officers understand the mindset of associates. He later became a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach for the John Maxwell Team, which shaped his leadership style into one of servant leadership—a philosophy he continues to use in coaching. In 2024, he founded the Dental Science Alliance, a coaching and consulting platform designed to support dentists seeking expert guidance. Dr. Moser believes that great answers come from great questions and that growth requires moving beyond one’s comfort zone with intention.
