Crystal Spring, RDH, BS, LAP, has nearly three decades of experience in dentistry and is widely recognized for her trailblazing work in clinical care, education, and leadership. Founder of Smiles Across Montana, a nonprofit mobile dental organization, she has reimagined how care is delivered to underserved communities. Her leadership extends to grant writing, advocacy for medical-dental integration, and humanitarian outreach, including mission trips and service as clinical director for Special Smiles. Honored with the ADHA/HuFriedy Master Clinician Award, Sunstar RDH Award of Distinction, Today’s RDH Honor Award, and the Denobi Award, Crystal has also been named one of Dimensions’ Six Dental Hygienists You Want to Know. A past president of the Montana DHA and District Trustee for the ADHA Board, she currently serves on boards such as DEW, Women in DSO, and co-chairs the Exchange Circle. Through mentorship, advocacy, and innovation, she continues to advance patient care and inspire the profession.
