Khatija Noorullah is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Prevention and Public Health Sciences at the University of Illinois Chicago, College of Dentistry. She holds advanced degrees in Public Health, Nutrition, and Education from UCLA and UIC. With a passion for serving underserved communities, she co-directs courses and designs innovative public health and nutrition curricula that prepare dental students to address the oral health needs of diverse populations.
Her work includes supervising nutrition students, managing community-based extramural rotations, and leading oral health education programs for children, caregivers, and special needs populations. Khatija has successfully secured and managed grants for public health initiatives and actively contributes to the integration of public health concepts into dental education.
