Paul Motter has spent almost his entire 20+ year career in the dental industry. Starting in 2005 as a practice finance regional sales manager before transitioning to the role of Director of Business Development with a Chicago-based DSO from 2015 to 2016. He then helped to start the practice finance division for another bank, a position he held from 2016 to 2022. Since 2022, he has been serving as Provide National Sales Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Miami University and is a frequent speaker at national events, dental schools, societies, and study clubs. He currently resides in west Michigan with his wife and son.
