Dr. Chad Leighty is a general dentist based in Marion, Indiana. He spent twenty years as a private practice owner before becoming a founding managing partner of P1 Dental Partners, a multi-site Dental Partnership Organization (DPO). He currently serves on their Board of Directors and Clinical Advisory Board. Dr. Leighty has a long history of leadership in organized dentistry. He is a past president of the Indiana Dental Association and a former board member of the American Dental Association (ADA). He has chaired the ADA’s Finance Committee and the Large Group/Multi-Site Practice Engagement Task Force, and served as a consulting liaison for the ADA Council on Dental Practice, the ADA New Dentist Committee, and the American Student Dental Association. In his community, Dr. Leighty is a board member of the Grant County Community Foundation and has served as past president of the Grant County Health Board and the St. Paul Parish School Board. He earned his DDS and a degree in Chemistry from Indiana University. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmobiling, and embraces time outdoors with his family.
