Dr. Gigi Meinecke, RN, DMD, FAGD, has over 20 years of experience in facial injectables and cadaveric prosection, and maintains a private practice limited to facial injectables. She is the founder of FACES Education, a nationally recognized educational organization emphasizing anatomy and evidence-based protocols. Dr. Meinecke developed the pre-doctoral facial injectables curriculum at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where she serves as faculty. She also serves as a medical-legal expert in injectable litigation, uniquely positioning her as a leader in both the injectable field and continuing education. She has published extensively in both dental and medical journals, including “Applications for Facial Injectables in Dentistry,” “Lower Face Influence on Total Facial Esthetics,” and “When and How to Say No to Facial Injectable Patients.” She is also the author of Start and Grow Your Cosmetic Injectable Practice. Dr. Meinecke remains active in organized dentistry and has served on the Academy of General Dentistry’s Dental Practice Council, the AGD Legislative and Governmental Affairs Council, and is a past Chair of the ADA Council on Communications. She is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. A nationally recognized speaker on facial injectables, Dr. Meinecke practices in Potomac, Maryland.
