Dr. Waji Khan graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2001. He began his career as a dental officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, serving from 1998 to 2007, where he gained invaluable experience through mentorship with specialists and advanced training. After active duty, he transitioned to the Army Reserves and co-founded a dental practice with his wife, Dr. Sohela Vaid. Dr. Khan has a strong clinical focus in implant dentistry and education, serving as a clinical instructor at Dalhousie University and the University of Toronto while lecturing internationally and contributing to research. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys time with his wife and two children and is an avid sports enthusiast, playing baseball and working on improving his golf game.
