Charles Loretto is an Equity Partner and Director of Business Development, Marketing, and New Client Services at CWA, where he has driven strategic growth and client success for nearly twenty-five years. His leadership has been instrumental in the firm’s expansion and reputation for empowering dental professionals to meet and exceed their financial aspirations. Charles travels the country speaking at dental schools, residencies, study clubs, symposiums, and major dental meetings on strategies for achieving financial freedom. Since 2004, he has presented to over 40,000 dentists and more than 60 dental schools. He is a published author and host of the top-ranking dental podcast Transition Talk. He also founded CWA’s affiliate company, NDP, which assists doctors in buying, transitioning, and valuing practices, and helps hundreds of dental professionals achieve their transition goals annually. Charles facilitates a robust business curriculum at Texas Tech El Paso Dental School, where his mission is to prepare dental students for success in the business side of dentistry upon graduation. With more than three decades of insight in the dental industry, his passion lies in diagnosing the financial support dentists need and connecting them with the right resources to achieve their goals.
