Dr. Chad Duplantis earned his DDS from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1999 and completed a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry in 2000. A Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, he has maintained a private practice in Fort Worth, Texas since 2000, focusing on restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Since 2004, Dr. Duplantis has been an early adopter of digital and CAD/CAM technologies, integrating them into patient care and workflow. He has authored numerous articles on digital workflows, restorative implantology, CBCT, impression techniques, adhesion, and materials, and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for several dental companies, contributing to product development and clinical evaluation. Dr. Duplantis is a member of multiple study groups, including a Spear Study Club and several aesthetic and restorative continuums. In 2020, he co-founded Dentists IN the Know, a social media platform dedicated to educating dental professionals, which reaches nearly 20,000 members monthly. He lives in Keller, Texas, with his wife Ellen and their children, Austin and Ava. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys time with family, traveling, and playing golf.
