Dr. Mariam Margvelashvili-Malament, DMD, MSc, PhD, FACP, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. She holds Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Dental Materials from the University of Siena, Italy, and a Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She also received a Certificate of Fellowship in Implant Dentistry through the distinguished International Team for Implantology (ITI) Scholarship at Tufts. Currently, she serves as an adjunct Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at Tufts University and works full-time in specialty practice at Boston Prosthodontics Dental Group. Dr. Margvelashvili-Malament has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts, co-authored chapters in four textbooks, and serves as a reviewer for impact-factor journals. She is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, an Associate Fellow of the Academy of Prosthodontics, and the recipient of the IADR Neal Garrett Award.
