Olivia Wann, JD, (former RDA and dental office manager) is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur based in Dover, Tennessee, with a distinguished background in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and legal services. Olivia holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Kentucky. She is the founder and owner of Modern Practice Solutions, LLC, where she provides regulatory compliance assistance, training, risk assessments, and policy development, specializing in HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and HR for dental practices. Olivia is also the owner of The Law Office of Olivia Wann & Associates, PLLC, where she offers comprehensive legal services spanning business and estate planning, contract law, real estate disputes, and regulatory defense. A leader in her field, Olivia is active in professional organizations such as the Tennessee and Kentucky Bar Associations and American Dental Safety, and has served as president of the Stewart County Chamber of Commerce. She is a contributing author to several American Dental Association publications and is recognized as a national speaker and instructor on topics including legal risk management, OSHA, HIPAA, and human resources. Olivia resides in Tennessee on Dogwood Springs Farm.
