TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Cleveland
INdependence, Ohio, United States
Dr. Kristina Wolf is a Cleveland native, proud mother of two, and a passionate advocate for integrative dental care. Her journey into the fields of dental sleep medicine and craniofacial pain was inspired by both personal experience and motherhood. After facing her own struggles with TMJ and sleep-disordered breathing—and often encountering more questions than answers—Dr. Wolf embarked on an in-depth exploration of airway-focused dentistry, craniofacial pain, and adjunctive healing modalities. Her areas of continued study include breathwork, nutrition and supplementation, cardiac coherence, vagal tone, tethered oral tissues, myofunctional therapy, and more. Dr. Wolf earned both her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and Master of Science (MS) in Applied Anatomy from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. In addition to private practice, she serves as a faculty member at her alma mater, where she teaches Anatomy, Physiology, and Neuroscience. She brings the same passion for education into her patient care, believing that empowering patients through knowledge is key to achieving long-term wellness. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wolf is an avid runner, enjoys CrossFit, Pilates, and yoga, and has recently taken up Latin dancing. Her dynamic background and commitment to lifelong learning continue to drive her dedication to advancing care in the areas of TMJ disorders and sleep-related breathing issues.
