Karen Davis is a practicing dental hygienist, international speaker, and founder of her continuing education company, Cutting Edge Concepts. She is recognized for blending clinical expertise with a passion for advancing dental hygiene practice. Three qualities define Karen’s career as a speaker: she is a clinician at heart, she loves to research new ideas, and she only speaks on topics she is truly passionate about. Since 2006, she has been recognized by Dentistry Today as a Top Clinician in Continuing Education and has shared her message with audiences internationally. In 2023, she received the Gordon J. Christensen Speaker Recognition Award and is considered a key opinion leader to innovative companies within the dental industry. Practicing dental hygiene in Dallas, Texas, Karen combines hands-on patient care with her mission to empower dental professionals worldwide.
