Amber Auger, MPH, RDH, has more than 25 years of experience in the dental hygiene profession. She is a practicing dental hygienist, Integrative Health RDH, and coach. Amber provides one-on-one support as a Fractional Hygiene Director ®?to multiple offices throughout the United States and group support through the Thrive Chairside Summit- a 2-day event for soft tissue management. Amber is the creator of Thrive in the OP®, a membership program that provides on-demand sessions and weekly coaching designed to equip dental hygienists with clinical, business, and leadership skills that extend beyond a traditional hygiene degree. She received the 2019 RDH/Sunstar Award Distinction for her contributions to public health and has traveled to five countries to provide preventive dental hygiene services. Amber is a monthly columnist for RDH Magazine, an international lecturer, and the proud mom of an adorable Westi, Margo. Known for weaving humor into her educational content, she delivers practical strategies for integrating the latest science into everyday workflows. Through her extensive offerings-ranging from virtual and in-person events to group and one-on-one coaching-she inspires, empowers, and equips professionals to achieve their career goals.
