Karen Davis is a practicing dental hygienist, international speaker, and founder of her continuing education company, Cutting Edge Concepts. She is recognized for blending clinical expertise with a passion for advancing dental hygiene practice. Three qualities define Karen’s career as a speaker: she is a clinician at heart, she loves to research new ideas, and she only speaks on topics she is truly passionate about. Since 2006, she has been recognized by Dentistry Today as a Top Clinician in Continuing Education and has shared her message with audiences internationally. In 2023, she received the Gordon J. Christensen Speaker Recognition Award and is considered a key opinion leader to innovative companies within the dental industry. Karen is the 2026 Recipient of the Sunstar Entrepreneur Award of Distinction, Practicing dental hygiene in Dallas, Texas, Karen combines hands-on patient care with her mission to empower dental professionals worldwide.
