Exhibitors, book through the block and receive 10 priority points for booking 1 room, 30 priority points for booking 2 – 5 rooms, 50 priority points for 6 – 10 rooms, 70 priority points for 11 – 15 rooms, 90 priority points for 16 – 20 rooms, and 110+ priority points for booking over 21 rooms!

GUEST ROOM AVAILABILITY DEADLINE:
If you are interested in booking a guest room at a Midwinter Meeting preferred hotel listed above, be sure to book before February 6, 2026. Discounted rates will be unavailable when a hotel room block fills or past this date, whichever comes first.
GUEST ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests have up to 72 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their hotel room directly with the hotel without penalty.

STAY PROTECTED
The Midwinter Meeting is a premier event and can therefore be a target of unscrupulous companies using the meeting to make false offers of registration and housing reservations. You may receive advertisements, emails or phone calls from these companies. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the CDS Midwinter Meeting website.
For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any other housing companies. If you receive a call or email from any company that is not the Chicago Dental Society official housing provider, please notify CDS at exhibits@cds.org.
